Description: Coming out from the darkness of rich bitter chocolate  and coffee this cake is layered with an indulgent chocolate cream, glazed with Belgium chocolate ganache and topped with a creamy chocolate truffle. Halal, suitable for vegetarians but not vegans.

Cake Care Instruction: Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible, Decorations such as cake toppers (if supplied separately) should be kept at room temperature. For maximum flavor and a soft, moist texture we recommend removing the cake 45 to 60 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer.

Ingredients: Chocolate Perú 70%, whole eggs, coffee extract, dark brown sugar, sugar, milk, whipping cream, corn flour, bergamot essence, grue di cacao.
